For the accommodation facilities in this project, CDPH (Chengdong Prefabricated Housing) supplied 3-meter wide container houses. Each unit is fully equipped with complete indoor facilities, pre-installed electrical circuits, and prefabricated components, ensuring rapid on-site installation.
The use of flat-pack packaging significantly reduces logistics and handling time. In addition, the container houses offer high space utilization efficiency and an extended service life, making them ideal for long-term deployment in oil tank farm environments.
For bathroom and sanitary areas, CDPH's patented prefab house design was selected. This house type has been extensively deployed in major national events and military parades, earning widespread acclaim for its quality and reliability. In Papua New Guinea’s long rainy season, the patented waterproof roof system of CDPH prefab houses plays a critical role in ensuring durability and interior dryness.
Dining halls and kitchens were constructed using CDPH prefab houses, leveraging their large-span structural capabilities and flexible design advantages. These prefab house solutions not only meet the functional demands of high-traffic dining areas but also enhance operational efficiency through quick assembly and robust weather resistance.
CDPH (Chengdong Prefabricated Housing) provided a comprehensive range of prefab house solutions for the Papua New Guinea Oil Tank Farm Project, delivering resilient, efficient, and high-performance modular structures adapted to the challenging environmental conditions.
Our expertise in moisture-proofing, corrosion resistance, and rapid deployment ensures long-term operational stability for industrial projects worldwide.
