Building a Better Tomorrow Through Responsible Practices

Beijing Chengdong Public Welfare Foundation was registered and established with the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau on March 11, 2015. The foundation was initiated by the Beijing Chengdong International Camp Integrated Housing Joint stock company and was jointly donated by Mr. Zhao Junyong and other caring people. The foundation is committed to social welfare undertakings. With the purpose of "using one's own strength to do good deeds to promote social harmony and progress", the foundation explores and practices more meaningful public welfare projects by carrying out charity and public welfare activities in the fields of donation to study, disaster relief, and helping the weak and the needy, and returns to the society with practical actions, bringing love and hope to more people.

CDPH Public Welfare Foundation hopes to advocate and gather more love and strength to jointly promote social harmony and beauty through "using our own strength and doing good deeds".

The Yudu Township Rural Book House Project is a concrete practice of Beijing Chengdong Charity Foundation to actively respond to the deployment of poverty alleviation and give full play to its own strength to promote the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation. Aiyi Lutai builds pillars for "cultural and sports activities"

Aiyi Lutai Zhuzhuliang-Educational Capacity Improvement Training Course Project was successfully held in Tangshan Lutai Development Zone. Nearly 200 primary school and kindergarten teachers from the district took 12 different and exciting education capacity improvement courses led by experts in various disciplines and related fields in Beijing.

Children's Growth Station

Chengdong's "Children's Growth Station" project was jointly initiated by Beijing Chengdong Public Welfare Foundation and Tongzhou District Social Welfare Institute. Based on the growth problems of local children in difficult situations, such as inferiority, loneliness and cognitive bias, caused by family dysfunction or weakened family functions, the project sets up growth stations for children in difficult situations in the local area or surrounding areas, and regularly and continuously arranges academic counseling, psychological counseling, interest and ability cultivation, social practice and other content and activities for children in the stations, providing precise assistance and helping children in difficult situations grow up healthily in all aspects.

Candy House

The "Chengdong Candy House" project funded the construction of a children's art activity center in Weijiazuo Village, Lixian County, Hebei Province, so that local left-behind children in rural areas can have a place to carry out extracurricular art education and interest activities, helping them grow up healthily and happily. In the first half of 2016, the foundation provided material donations to carry out the construction of the first phase of the project. In 2017, the foundation once again funded the construction of the second phase of the Candy House project to create more activities and growth space for local children. Through the good and continuous operation of the second phase of the "Chengdong Candy House" project and the staff of the Candy Project, more local rural children have been provided with opportunities and places to receive art education activities, so that they can receive continuous care and companionship in the process of growing up. The project has also received more attention and support through the promotion of the Mi Public Welfare Platform.
