CDPH (Chengdong Prefabricated Housing) adopted a mature domestic light steel villa with a design lifespan exceeding 25 years. This meets the client’s requirement for certain barracks to be used as permanent operational housing after the construction phase.

Corrosion-Resistant Construction

To address the region’s highly corrosive environment, the building’s main structural components utilize hot-dip galvanized steel, which offers superior corrosion resistance compared to traditional spray-painted steel.

Outdoor elements such as security mesh are treated with dip-coating, while all connection hardware undergoes Dacromet treatment to further enhance anti-corrosion performance.

On-Site Construction Management

Given the complexity of the building structures and challenges associated with on-site installation, Chengdong deployed a skilled subcontracted labor team to Venezuela. This approach ensured that the project was delivered to the client on schedule and met all quality requirements.

Structural Safety and Design Optimization

The first floor of the two-story buildings employs a conventional H-beam steel structure for robust load-bearing capacity. The second floor uses a light-gauge steel system, which not only accommodates large spans but also ensures the structural integrity and safety of the entire facility.
